  • Projects in the field of pharmacy and medical product manufacturing have priority. Other projects may also be considered in case of limited impact on the environment (productions of V, IV and III class of hazard, with the sanitary protection zone no more than 300 m)
  • The relations between the management company and residents of the industrial park are defined by an agreement on production and industrial activities on the territory of the ECOBALTIC industrial park

The key resident of the park is a Russian pharmaceutical company, an exclusive manufacturer of an innovative popular antiseptic product Miramistin® and Okomistin® eye drops, with the production output of up to 100 mln units a year
