Creation of a production-storage complex for clean packaging manufacturing, as well as for storage and transportation of pharmaceuticals. Initiator of the project: ARUNA LLC. At the moment, the company already has existing production facilities in Kaliningrad, which are certified in accordance with the Russian ISO standards for polymer pharmaceutical bottles production. Resident of the SEZ since 2014.
Project Objectives
1. To increase production output of clean packaging in physical and monetary terms by means of expansion of the company;
2. To ensure safe storage of pharmaceuticals on the territory of the ECOBALTIC industrial park.
Around 30-35 different molds and more than 20 injection molding and extrusion machines will be involved in the production process.
Creation of high-tech production of molds and other metal products on the basis of the existing workshop equipped with CNC machines.
A part of the production will be used to meet the needs of the ECOBALTIC industrial park residents, the rest will be realized on the Russian and foreign markets.
Construction of a pharmaceutical substance (API) production plant. The plant was designed in full compliance with the international GMP standards and was qualified in the EU. The production is equipped with the most modern high-tech equipment by the Swiss company BÜCHI, the versatility of which allows it to produce other pharmaceutical substances on the contract basis.
Own production of substances and the production of highly effective antiseptics on its basis are considered by INFAMED K as a factor of the national pharmaceutical safety, which is congruent with the programs aimed at the pharmaceutical industry development in Russia.
Creation of a modern production of ointment forms of pharmaceutical products (at the first stage: Inflamistin® and Miramistin®, antiseptics of new generation). Despite the availability of a large number of medications for topical treatment of purulent wounds, the desired degree of wound healing effect was not achieved, resulting in the development of a new, highly effective combined Inflamystin® pharmaceutical product.
Miramistin® is another successful project of INFAMED, which is also planned for production in an ointment form of 0,5%. Unlike other drugs containing antibiotics and corticosteroids, it prevents the development of drug resistance and proved to have no side effects.
Construction of a plant for production of non-sterile and sterile solutions, including the production of ear, eye and nasal drops, Mistin®, Miramistin®, Okomistin®, etc. Mystin® is a brand new veterinary product.
According to the conducted studies on target species of farm animals, it was found that Mistin® has a pronounced therapeutic and preventive effect when treating wounds of various etiologies, eczema, burns, scratches, abrasions, postoperative sutures. Given the high quality and proven effectiveness of the product, against the background of expected growth of the skin antiseptics market, the project looks attractive to investors.
Construction of an autonomous combined cooling, heat and power plant (CCHP) for production of electricity and heat or cold using three block modules made on the basis of gas piston untis, boiler equipment and absorption refrigerating machine. The fuel used for both gas piston units and boilers is natural gas.
Objective of the project
Increase of reliability of the power supply on the territory of the ECOBALTIC industrial park due to commissioning of its own, reliable source of generation.
In spite of the fact that the project is focused, first of all, on the needs of the park's residents, the electricity and heat produced by this project can also go to the needs of the municipality.
Construction of a pharmaceutical GDP warehouse for storing medicines. The warehouse of class A with the altitude storage (7 levels) is designed for receiving, storing and dispensing ready-made pharmaceuticals and medical products.
Use of the Jungheinrich and Linde technology, equipped with navigation systems, will ensure a high turnover of the warehouse. A narrow-pass technology facilitates the best use of warehouse space. In addition, it is planned to organize a compartment for sterilization of products in the warehouse by means of e-beam. The project is unique for Kaliningrad and, in fact, will satisfy the demand of the entire region.
Creation of the production of urological Foley catheters (100% silicone).

Foley catheters are used for prolonged catheterization of the bladder. The silicone surface allows long-term use without replacement, which is a painful procedure for the patient. This type of catheters is more durable and "humane" for people.
The project has significant impact on import substitution: today Foley catheters are 100% imported. The products are classified as high-tech and included in the plan of measures for import substitution in the medical industry of Russia.
