Resident status in the ECOBALTIC industrial park

RESIDENTIAL POLICY

A resident of the industrial park is a corporate entity or an individual entrepreneur who has signed a lease agreement with the industrial park management company and (or) a sales agreement, in order to begin industrial production, in relation to one or both of the following subjects: a) industrial park's infrastructure objects or their parts; b) a land plot within the industrial park's territory.

Basic requirements

registration in the Kaliningrad Region, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
a resident should not be a party of any production sharing agreements;
a resident should not be involved in production (sales) of excisable goods, as well as extraction (sales) of minerals;
permissible production hazard classes: IV (sanitary protection zone - 100 m), V (sanitary protection zone - 50 m)

The management company keeps a register of residents of the industrial park. A new entry into the register is made after an organization (entrepreneur) receives the status of a resident of the ECOBALTIC industrial park.

Guarantees for residents of the industrial park

Residents of the industrial park have equal rights and responsibilities.
The management company provides all residents of the industrial park access to engineering, communal, transport infrastructure facilities and guarantees the stability of energy supplies in the amounts claimed by the residents.
The management company exercises control and operates all the infrastructure facilities, in order to maintain their efficiency.
The management company assists residents in placing and conducting industrial production by:
- facilitating development, examination and approval of documentation;
- searching contractors for construction;
- providing labor resources;
- providing information and consulting support on the issues of placement and implementation of resident activities.
The management company guarantees confidentiality of the information received from residents while working on the project.

CONFIRMATION OF THE RESIDENT STATUS

A resident provides documents to management company, incl. business plan and project implementation schedule

Verification of documents (no more than 30 calendar days), conclusion of contracts with residents

Making an entry note on registration of a resident in the register of the industrial park

FORMS OF PARTICIPATION

The variety of forms of participation (lessee, investor, co-investor, buyer) in the ECOBALTIC industrial park makes business convenient both for large and small companies planning further improvement and development.

To obtain the resident status, an organization (entrepreneur) provides the management company with a short business plan with a schedule of project implementation.

The management company checks documents (no more than 30 calendar days) and makes a decision on the possibility of concluding an agreement with residents on the conduct of industrial activities on the territory of the ECOBALTIC industrial park.

Within 3 working days from the date of signing of the contract mentioned above, a record of resident registration is entered in the register of residents of the park.
