Since January 1, 2018, the SEZ in the Kaliningrad Region operates under new rules. For the projects in the fields of health care, IT and scientific development, additional opportunities are provided.
Residents of the SEZ in the Kaliningrad Region enjoy benefits for income tax, property tax and land tax. There is also a wide range of other preferences and opportunities.
