ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY

Electric power supply of electrical installations located on the territory of the industrial park is provided by two transformer substations of the II category of power supply reliability: complete transformer substation (CTP) of outdoor installation 191-16 with power transformers S-2х630 kVA, transformer substation 205-4 with power transformers S-2х400 kVA. The total permissible capacity of electrical installations of the production facilities of the park is 750 kW. At the moment, three complete transformer substations 15/0.4 kV (CTP-1 with a capacity of 2х1000 kVA, CTP-2 with a capacity of 2х1000 kVA and CTP-3 with a capacity of 2x400 kVA, with a maximum capacity of 2 MW) are being built on the territory of the industrial park, based on the current technical specifications and the agreement on technological connection of consumers to electricity networks. All substations will provide the connected users with the II category of power supply reliability with a total permissible capacity of 2.75 MW.

GAS SUPPLY

High-pressure gas pipeline with a capacity of up to 3,4 mln m³/year. Limits of gas supply in the industrial park are 3 402 585 m³/year. Moreover, there are 2 underground storage tanks for liquefied gas (LPG) with a volume of 18.6 m³ for a gas boiler house with a thermal capacity of 1,2 MW. The works have been carried out on construction of networks of high-pressure natural gas and installation of a gas distribution plant. The works on conversion of the existing boiler house to natural gas are projected.

WASTEWATER DISPOSAL AND SEWAGE FACILITIES

There are biological treatment facilities operating in the park with a capacity of 20 m³/day by the effluent. Rainfall run-off sewage facilities with a capacity of 14 l/s by the effluent are structured for cleaning rainfall run-offs of driveways and parking lots. Moreover, additional sewage facilities are being built with a capacity of 12 m³/day by the effluent for biological treatment and 25 l/s for rainfall run-offs. When placing new residents on the territory of the industrial park, the solutions for wastewater treatment will be developed individually for each resident, taking into account the flow parameters. After purification, the effluents are to be diverted to the projected collector Dy800-1000 with subsequent diversion to the discharge outlet No.1.

On-site roads, arranged in accodance with regulatory requirements, allow transportation of production goods, as well as heavy equipment and construction cargo. The territory of the park also provides for loading /unloading areas for trucks. Two checkpoints, designed for 24h access control, are equipped with automatic gates; in addition, there are security appliances.

COMMUNICATIONS

Fiber-optic communication lines were installed on the territory of the park. The presence of this communication network allows residents of the industrial park to obtain a full range of telecommunications services, such as high-speed Internet access, all types of telephone communication, organization of corporate data networks.

WATER SUPPLY

Water supply on the territory of the industrial park is provided by two wells 600-d and 588-d with the intake of 69,0 m³/day each and a water treatment station with a capacity of 70 m³/ day, the output is prepared water of drinking quality. Baltfarmatsevtika LLC, management company of the park, has a license for extraction of underground water for drinking, household and technical needs. In addition, backup is provided through connection to the city water supply networks with a permitted water withdrawal limit of 207,0 m³/ day, as well as through two wells No. 2404 and No. 2418 with the intake of 69,0 m³/day.

HEAT SUPPLY

There is a gas boiler house with a thermal capacity of 1,2 MW. Currently, construction works are underway to build another gas boiler house with a thermal capacity of 2,24 MW that will become a part of the integrated heat supply network.
